2022 5th International Conference on Information Communication and Signal Processing (ICICSP 2022) was held in Shenzhen, China on November 26-28, 2022, co-sponsored by IEEE and Shenzhen University (China), hosted by College of Electronics and Information Engineering (Shenzhen University), co-organized by Peng Cheng Laboratory, Qian Xuesen Laboratory of Space Technology, Radar Society of CIE, technical co-sponsored by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China).

At the opening ceremony (on Nov. 27 morning), Prof. Junfa Mao (中国科学院院士/深圳大学校长) and Prof. Lei Huang (国家杰出青年基金获得者, Shenzhen University) gave separate address, to warmly welcome to all guests. Prof. Guoping Qiu (Shenzhen University) and Prof. Jiangzhou Wang (英国皇家工程院院士) host the morning keynote sessions. This year’s Shenzhen conference will consist of 6 plenary speeches from Prof. Victor C. M. Leung (SZU, 加拿大皇家学院院士、工程学会会士 / 加拿大工程院院士), Prof. Tiejun Cui (SEU, 中国科学院院士), Prof. Shuguang Cui (CUHK-Shenzhen, 国家重点研发计划首席科学家), Prof. Martin Haardt (TU Ilmenau), Prof. Fulvio Gini (UniPi), Prof. Dr.-Ing. Paolo Mercorelli (Leuphana University of Lueneburg), 3 special session, 1 onsite session, 10 online session, and 20 invited talks.

ICICSP 2022 conference proceedings have been online in IEEE Xplore, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus
